Getting started & help

Your next step, made clear.

Start with one site and one reviewed article. These guides take you to the screen where each step is completed.

1. Connect your WordPress site

Use your WordPress username and an Application Password from Users → Profile in WordPress. Install and verify the Tripple Engine plugin from your site card to enable tracking and site tools.

2. Create and review an article

Choose a clear topic and target site. Generation continues if you leave the page. Review the text, images, captions, and sources, save your edits, then send a draft or publish to WordPress. Paid accounts need available article credits.

3. Set an intentional schedule

Choose subjects or your own keywords, target countries, and the purpose of your content. Review the queue and its notes. Articles held as drafts need attention; enabling Autopilot does not guarantee that every topic qualifies or publishes.

4. Measure search performance

Connect Google Search Console on Rankings, choose the property for your site, and sync. Google data can arrive a few days late. Rankings and citations are measured separately; content scores do not predict traffic or guarantee indexing.

5. Track AI citations

Add questions your buyers ask before they know your brand. Inspect the returned answer and the engine that produced it. An unavailable engine is not evidence that it failed to cite you; repeat observations help establish a trend.

6. Give your Virtual Employee context

Complete your business brief, choose the work it may do, and set objectives. Review its findings and supporting evidence. Missing data and delivery problems should be resolved before relying on a quiet report.

When something needs attention

Google sign-in does not open

Use “Continue in this tab” below the Google button. You can also sign in with email and password. An expired confirmation link needs a fresh sign-in attempt.

Generation is taking longer than expected

Open the article to check its current stage. A failed job offers Retry generation. If the progress check cannot connect, refresh its status before retrying; the article may still be running.

An article was held as a draft

Read the note in Autopilot. Review the headline, quality checks, featured image, and at least two distinct captioned body images. Save your corrections before publishing.

The free visibility check is unavailable

A scan depends on a connected answer engine with live web access and available quota. Failed engines are excluded from results. Wait before retrying; an unavailable check cannot establish your visibility.

Checkout finished but my credits have not appeared

Open Billing and refresh while payment confirmation arrives. Keep your payment receipt. Avoid opening another subscription checkout while the first payment is pending.
