Privacy Policy

Last updated June 14, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Tripple Engine (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and safeguards information when you use our content generation and publishing platform. By using Tripple Engine you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

We collect your account details (name, email), authentication identifiers from providers you connect (such as Google), and the configuration you provide to operate the service — including WordPress site URLs, usernames, and target keywords.

Credentials and tokens

WordPress Application Passwords and Google Search Console refresh tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-GCM and are only ever decrypted server-side to perform actions you request. They are never exposed to your browser or to other users.

How we use information

We use your data to generate articles, publish to your connected sites, sync ranking data from Google Search Console, process subscription billing, and send transactional emails. We do not sell your personal information.

Third-party processors

We share data with the processors required to deliver the service: AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google), Supabase (database, auth, storage), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), and DataForSEO (SERP data). Each receives only what is necessary for its function.

Data retention and deletion

You may delete your sites, articles, and account at any time. On account deletion we remove your personal data and encrypted credentials, subject to legal retention requirements.
